  • Set up/verify rent payment info

       Tenant portal > My account > Payment Methods

  • Set up all required utilities

       2 weeks before move in

  • Opt in for text messaging through tenant portal

       My account > Profile > Add mobile # > Text messages >         request access (respond to text message)

  • Schedule key pick-up
