Cleaning & Set Up Specialist

This position will specialize in the cleaning of our Airbnb homes with occasional opportunities to assist with staging of homes & touch-up cleaning of our long term rentals at the time of turnover. 

If you LOVE to Clean AND you are Excellent at it, this job is for you! 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Laundering linens and towels
• Deep and detailed cleaning of all spaces
• Sanitizing bathrooms & kitchens 
• Thorough cleaning of appliances inside and out
• Removing the dust-bunnies under beds & couches, from behind appliances & on top of ceiling fans and trim
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting throughout  
• Making beds so they look straight out of a magazine (we will show you how)
• Washing dishes and organizing in presentable manner 
• Stocking paper towels, TP, soap, etc
• Setting house up for next guests...again, it needs to look like it came straight out of a magazine! 

HOURS
Typical cleaning hours vary however often occur 10:30am-3:30pm with frequent cleanings on Sundays and Mondays.  This a 10-20 hour/week position with an average of 15 hours/week. Training begins in March/April with regular hours beginning mid-May.

PAY
Starts at $12-14/hour with opportunity for BONUS pay. 
Bonus pay is based on the OUTSTANDING REVIEWS by our guests!  So do an excellent job and you will get excellent rewards & opportunities!!

REQUIREMENTS

• Detail Oriented
• Neat Freak
• Self Driven
• Ability to Take Direction, Follow a Checklist and Work Efficiently
• Must have your own transportation
• Must be available most weekends with required shifts on the following weekends:
  • May 29-June 1
  • July 3-6
  • August 28 - Sept 1
