Insurance
We require that all tenants maintain renters insurance while occupying one of our properties and require proof of insurance prior to move-in and for each renewal period.
Here are the minimum requirements for our properties and a sample of the insurance policy is below.
**Some properties require higher coverage limits. Assume the following coverage requirements unless you hear differently from us**
- Property address & tenant listed on policy
- Minimum Liability policy of $500,000
- MSP Realty named as additional interest on the policy
- Policy Number
- Coverage dates start on the date you move in
Once you have received evidence of your property insurance, please upload it into your tenant portal.
