RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The first full set of applications received is the first group we will consider.
Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
Question:
What do you really verify on our application?
Answer:
We check to ensure you have the ability to pay rent. This may require review of your income records like bank statements, payment stubs, proof of loan, verification from guarantor, verification of rent payments to previous landlord/manager, verification of employment etc.
Prior to applying and paying your application fee, please reach out to us with any questions. We do not want to collect your application fee and process your application if you have a blemish to your rental history that we cannot accept.
We look for a Clean Rental History
Sample questions that we may ask of your previous landlord:
- Was Rent paid on time
- Is there an outstanding balance due
- Did the tenant give proper notice
- Would you rent to this tenant again in the future
- Were there any unauthorized pets or people occupying the property
- Were any terms of the lease broken and if so, what terms
Deposit
A deposit is due at the time of lease signing and is typically equal to one months rent. Please inquire for specific questions.

If you qualify for public assistance, please confirm with us that the property you are interested in meets the public housing requirements. We do not want to collect application fees nor process any application if the property is ineligible as the application fees are non-refundable.
